What are the included appliances in the apartments?

What does the maintenance fee cover?

The maintenance expenses cover the Crystal Lagoon maintenance, pools, green areas, and security, amongst others. The HOA fee is 3 USD per square meter.

How close is The Beach to major attractions?

We are strategically located. Only 7 minutes from Punta Cana’s International Airport, 3 minutes from major attractions, sports activities, night shows, restaurants, and just a minute away from the famous Coco Bongo Nightclub and the Downtown area.
